It is in extremely good condition - "Mendenhall's Chill and Fever Tonic - For Malaria, Chills and Fever, Degue, Bilious Fever, Colds, Grippe or Flu - Best Substitute for Quinine." Made by J.C. Mendenhall Evansville, IND. Druggist since 1873. It is a notebook - has some notes dated 1932. Book is in pretty good condition, but has writing inside of it.
